About Farm Barter

Stevens County Farm Barter was created to bring farmers, homesteaders, and crafters together across the Pacific Northwest. We are David and Madeline Dunn, serving as the managers of this growing network — not as owners, but as stewards who simply help keep everything running smoothly for the community.

The events are not “our” events — they belong to the community, and we simply manage them for everyone. Whether you’re buying, selling, trading, or bartering what you grow, raise, or make, you’ll find a welcoming space built on trust, respect, and the simple idea that we support one another like family. We’re all better when we lift each other up and keep good resources circulating locally.

We’re so glad you’re part of this family.

Growing family, not just community — one local trade at a time.

Our Mission

Our Mission

To connect farmers, homesteaders, and crafters across the Pacific Northwest through honest, face-to-face interactions — so we can buy, sell, trade, or barter what we grow, raise, and make. To support one another like family, keep good resources circulating locally, and grow stronger together as one big family rather than just a community. The events are not ‘our’ events — they belong to the community, and we simply manage them for everyone.

Our Vision

We envision a Pacific Northwest where farmers, homesteaders, and crafters are woven together as one true family — freely buying, selling, trading, and bartering what they grow, raise, and create; where resources stay local, self-reliance grows stronger every year, and every community-owned event becomes a gathering that deepens our bonds and keeps our way of life thriving for generations to come.
